Terms of Service

By booking or purchasing services from Al3xThePhotographer, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment – A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of your session or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling – Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled date to be eligible for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date if available.
Image Rights – Al3xThePhotographer retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted personal use rights for printing and sharing but may not alter or use images for commercial purposes without written consent.
Editing & Delivery – Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. Extra editing or retouching beyond the standard package may include additional fees.
Model Release – By participating in a photoshoot, you grant permission for Al3xThePhotographer to use selected images for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
Liability – Al3xThePhotographer is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during a session or event.
Agreement – By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
